Removing Your Account Permanently

If you are no longer interested in participating in the event or wish to remove your account for any reason, you can permanently delete your account from our engagement hub. However, please note that once you delete your account, this action is irreversible. Here are the steps to permanently remove your account:

Web App

Step 1: Access App Settings

Click on your profile button located at the top right-hand corner of the screen, then select App Settings from the menu.

Step 2: Select "Remove My Account"

In the App Settings menu, click on the Remove My Account option.

Step 3: Confirm Deletion

A prompt will appear asking if you are sure you want to delete your account. Click "Yes, delete" to confirm and proceed.

Step 4: Account Successfully Deleted

After confirming, your account will be permanently removed from our engagement hub.


Native App

Step 1: Access App Settings

Tap on your profile icon, either from the menu wall or at the bottom of the screen, then select "App Settings" from the menu options.



Step 2: Click "Delete Account"

Scroll down and tap on the "Delete Account" option in the settings menu.

Step 3: Confirm Deletion

A prompt will appear asking if you are sure you want to delete your account. Please wait for 5 seconds to confirm the deletion, or cancel the action if needed.


Step 4: Account Successfully Deleted

Once confirmed, your account will be permanently removed from our engagement hub.

It's important to note that deleting your account will result in the permanent loss of all your account data, including meeting history and any other information associated with your account. Before taking this action, please ensure that you have exported or backed up any important data that you wish to keep.

By following these steps, you can permanently remove your account from our Engagement Hub.
