How to Find My Passcode

To access the Engagement Hub, an 8 character alphanumeric passcode is required for logging in to either the Web App or Event App. In this article, we will guide you on how to locate your passcode.


Jublia has a new release to enhance account security, featuring a new authentication flow. Depending on the event you are registered for, this new way of securely logging in to the platform utilizing your social media accounts or email address. If so, please refer to this article as a guide to understanding the process in more detail.

Web App

Your passcode can be found in the invitation email (usually the email subject is "Your experience at [event name] starts now!") that was sent to you regarding the Engagement Hub platform.


Step 1: Access the event platform’s website

  • If you know the URL to the event’s Engagement Hub website, key it in the address bar of your web browser. (e.g. https://e.jublia.com/JUICE/)
  • Do ensure that you have registered for the event and have opted in for business matching (if applicable)
  • Alternatively, kindly reach out to support@jublia.co with the event you are inquiring about, and include the email address used to register for the event

Step 2: Retrieve your passcode

  • Click on Lost Passcode?
  • Enter your email address, and hit the enter button
  • If your email is registered with the platform, your login details will be sent directly to your email

    *Do also check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox

Native App

Step 1: Access the event native application

  • Do ensure that you have registered for the event and have opted in for business matching (if applicable)
  • Alternatively, kindly reach out to support@jublia.co with the event you are inquiring about, and include the email address used to register for the event

Step 2: Retrieve your passcode

  • Go to Login page by clicking on the Login card on Home page
  • Click on Lost Passcode?
  • Enter your email address, and hit the enter button
  • If your email is registered with the platform, your login details will be sent directly to your email
