How to Customize Interests and Find Relevant People

Adding your interests on the 'For You' page helps our AI-powered algorithm recommend relevant profiles to you and find the best matches for networking at the event. If you shared your interests or what you are looking for during registration, you'll find that your “prefilled” preferences are already in place to personalize your experience. The engagement hub also allows you to update these interests at any time, ensuring that your recommendations remain tailored to your evolving preferences.

Customizing Your Interests

Step 1: Add Your Interests

Click on Meet on the navigation bar
Select the For you tab
Click on Add Interests

Step 2: Select the categories from the various dropdowns

Select from General Interests or Product Interests (if any)
Click on Save

The platform will recommend profiles based on your interests and activity.
You may go back to the For you page to update your interests at any time.

Finding Relevant Profiles

Step 1: Access the Search Function

To begin finding categories that match your interests:

Click on the Meet Menu
Locate the Meet menu on the navigation bar at the top of the platform and click on it. Then, choose Search from the dropdown options.

Step 2: Use the Search Filters

Once you’ve accessed the search function:

Locate the Dropdown Options
You can narrow down your search list by typing in the search bar. You can also find several dropdown options under the search bar that allow you to refine your search based on various criteria (eg. Country, Position, Industry, etc).
Filter by Interest
Choose the option to filter people based on your specific interests. This narrows down the search results to categories that are most relevant to you.

Step 3: Select Your Preferred Categories

After filtering by interest:

Tick the Relevant Categories
Review the list of categories provided and tick the boxes next to those that align with your interests.

Step 4: View Recommended Matches

To see the results:

Set Your Filter
Once you've selected your filters, the platform will generate a list of recommendations tailored to your chosen interests. This makes it easier for you to connect with like-minded individuals.

Step 1: Open the Exhibitors Menu

Access the Exhibitors menu to view the list of all companies in the app.

Step 2: Use the Filter Function

Tap the filter icon in the lower bottom area to narrow down the list according to your specified categories.
