Updating Your Profile
Keeping your profile up-to-date in our engagement hub is crucial for ensuring that potential event participants have accurate information about you and your business. Here are some tips on how to update your profile information:

- Access your profile: To change your profile details, click on the top right corner of the engagement hub and select "My Profile" from the menu.
- Complete all profile details: You may notice a red dot beside the menu or your profile indicating that it is incomplete. Once you have provided all the necessary information, the red dot will disappear.

Update your profile information (e.g. upload an image, name, job role, and descriptions)
- Write a description: This field is limited to 1000 characters, so make it count! Use clear and concise language to describe yourself or your company and your services or products.
- Upload a PDF (if available): Some accounts may have the option to upload a PDF. If this is available to you, consider uploading a document that provides additional information about your business or services.
By following these steps, you can ensure that your profile in our engagement hub is complete, up-to-date, and informative. This will help potential event participants learn more about you and your business and can ultimately lead to more successful networking opportunities.
